From improv practice to quality workshops
Improv 4 Breakfast began at 10am on July 22nd, 2022.

It was meant to be a loose practice session, a way for founder Lucie Gee to get some extra improv reps in. Before she knew it, she had a regular weekly workshop on her hands, with curated lessons led by a small group of dedicated hosts.

Today, I4B's mission is to offer improvisers an affordable means to hone their craft in the city of Montreal.
The Team
Lucie Gee - Founder
Lucie has been a dedicated improv performer and enthusiast since 2019, when she first began taking improv classes.
After joining Montreal Improv's Armando House Team in 2022, she decided she wanted more time to practice and started Improv 4 Breakfast in July that same year.

In 2024, Lucie and her duo partner, Leqi, earned first place in Montreal Improv’s yearly Threepio competition. Their team, Polite Mutiny, is the first troupe to emerge from Improv 4 Breakfast.

Lucie is also the producer and co-producer of many sold-out shows, including Murder at le Basement, A Murder Most Fatale, Yes and Dragons, and Take It Away.

She is also a founder, board member, and executive producer of Le Grand Yes And, an improv festival in Montreal, and was a key part of its successful first year in 2025.
